Fitness:
Fitness is pivotal to being successful in rugby and we can't get everyone fit with only one or two sessions per week. Please ensure you carry out your own fitness training in addition to these sessions. At the current stage of training, it is expected that player's develop power and anaerobic conditioning to prepare for the season. Please review the Fitness Program and aim to perform one of the twelve running routines two times per week in addition to a 20-40 minute aerobic jog. This program should also be performed in conjunction with a rugby specific weight program.

New Players:
The Hornets welcomes all new players of all ages and abilities!
